Bill Reminder support

Help with Bill Reminder: Due & Paid for iPhone.

Email support@setout.ai with what happened, your app version and iOS version. Please leave out account numbers and payment details.

You can also open Bills → Help → Contact Support in the app.

Add a bill

Tap Add bill on the Bills screen. Enter a name, amount, currency and due date, then choose a one-time, weekly, monthly or yearly schedule. Tap Add bill to save.

Set a reminder

Turn on the reminder when adding or editing a bill. Choose the due day or the day before, then pick a time. Allow notifications when your iPhone asks.

If a reminder is missing, check that it is enabled for the bill and its time is still ahead. In iPhone Settings → Notifications → Bill Reminder, check that notifications are allowed. Also check whether Focus or Scheduled Summary is delaying the alert.

Record a payment

Open a bill and tap Mark paid. The payment appears in Paid. Recurring bills move to their next due date. Bill Reminder records payments you have made; it does not connect to your bank or pay bills for you.
